Then pick up your name badge and lanyard at the Registration Desk on your right. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Parking decks are adjacent to the venue. Turn right from Courtland St. into the alley; you&#8217;ll pass the event entrance, then you&#8217;ll enter the parking on your right. <em>Be sure to <strong>bring your parking ticket with you<\/strong> to get the discounted parking rate ($8 instead of $16). <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll pay for parking at a table in the lobby. Look for the table late morning or after lunch. Credit cards and exact cash are accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Friday Workshop Sessions and Schedule<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/2019.atlanta.wordcamp.org\/announcing-a-special-friday-session\/\">Contributers Session:<\/a><\/strong> WordPress Core Contributor, WP CLI team contributor, and brand new Triage Team leader, Jonathan Desrosiers will be joining us at <strong>11:00am<\/strong> for a special <strong>free session<\/strong> on <em>how *you* can create your own contribution journey<\/em>. Note: It\u2019s free (you don\u2019t need a 2 or 3 day ticket) and lunch is provided. Just <a href=\"https:\/\/wpgwinnett.com\/wordcamp-atlanta-2019-contributor-day-signup\/\">sign up here<\/a> and bring your laptop or tablet.<br><br><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/2019.atlanta.wordcamp.org\/friday-workshops\/\">Friday Workshops: <\/a><\/strong>WordCamp Atlanta all-day intensive sessions are Friday, May 3, from 9am to 4pm. 3-day ticket is required. Lunch will be provided. Bring your laptop and see below for any requirements for the workshop you want to attend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/2019.atlanta.wordcamp.org\/wordpress-beginners-friday-workshop\/\">WordPress Beginners Friday Workshop<\/a> &#8211; Get started with the basics, and get your questions answered.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/2019.atlanta.wordcamp.org\/aspiring-web-designers-friday-workshop\/\">Aspiring Web Designers Friday Workshop<\/a> &#8211; Designers will learn the next steps of building and customizing pages.<\/li><li> <a href=\"https:\/\/2019.atlanta.wordcamp.org\/plugin-development-friday-workshop\/\">Plugin Development Friday Workshop<\/a> &#8211;  Beginners will get an intro, and pro\u2019s will take a deeper dive.<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getting Around<br><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>map<\/strong> of the Loudermilk Center venue can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/2019.atlanta.wordcamp.org\/location\/classroom-map\/\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/a>; there\u2019s also a map hanging in the lobby near the entrance. The Ballroom, Red Room and Blue room are are downstairs. The Purple Room and Orange Room are upstairs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Restrooms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Downstairs restrooms are to the left of the stairs, and upstairs restrooms are near the Purple Room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">T-Shirts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tees will be available on Saturday at 10 am upstairs. T-shirts are not available on Friday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tips &amp; Tricks Board<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Share brief helpful hints and wise insights, and let others benefit from all you\u2019ve learned. Just jot down your tip and tack it to the Tips &amp; Tricks Board in the lobby. Categories are: WordPress Design &amp; Dev Tips; Business and Digital Marketing Tips; and Life Tips (advice, inspiration, and random odd notions). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WiFi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>WiFi is available in the building but attendees are encouraged to bring a WiFi hotspot as there will be many users on the network.
